Customer non-conformance handling procedure: (1) Log the complaint — notify us via email with PO number, SKU, photos, defect description, defect rate sample size; we acknowledge within 4 business hours; (2) Containment within 24h — immediate quarantine of all same-lot stock in our finished goods warehouse; we can offer expedited replacement production at overtime priority if your production line is at risk; (3) Root cause analysis — 8D report issued within 5 business days including Ishikawa diagram + 5-Why analysis performed cross-functionally by quality, process engineering, and production; (4) Corrective action — permanent fix deployed on production line with before/after Cpk validation data; (5) Recourse options — 100% rework or refund of rejected parts at customer's election; we cover return freight + replacement freight for confirmed defective lots; (6) Lessons-learned review — corrective actions summary shared in the next quarterly business review.
